Arlind contributed to the Rail Baltica International station development project. He developed custom computational methods and metrics to measure and evaluate urban qualities around the transportation hubs.
Rail Baltica is a greenfield rail transport infrastructure project with a goal to integrate the Baltic states in the European rail network, providing passenger and freight service between countries, and improving rail connections between Central and Northern Europe.
Arlind performed the analysis as part of his work at ARCO Architecture Company in Finland.
